Columbine Knolls South / Estates (CKS/E) is a covenant-controlled community of 760 homes located in southwest Jefferson County. The homeowner's association is managed by a volunteer board of directors who are residents of the community. While HOA dues are voluntary, adherence to all covenants, rules and regulations is legally required of all homeowners.
The primary purpose of the HOA Board is to ensure the fair and consistent enforcement of the association's covenants, rules and regulations which are designed to maintain our community's high-quality appearance and home values. The board also provides several events throughout the year to bring residents together for fun and productive experiences. These events include an Easter Egg Hunt, Parks Beautification, Dumpster Day, Food Trucks (Summer), Holiday Decorating Contests and visits with Santa.
As an all-volunteer board, we always welcome new board members via annual election or volunteers to help coordinate and manage our special events.
